Arrive and unwind
Transfer from the airport to your Ayurveda resort on the coast. Welcome drink and time to settle in.
Overnight in Ayurveda resort - Day 2
Your consultation
Meet the Ayurvedic doctor, who creates your personal programme of treatments, diet and yoga.
Overnight in Ayurveda resort - Days 3–6
Retreat days
Follow your personal programme: daily treatments, sunrise yoga, meditation, herbal remedies and nourishing meals. The rest of the time is yours to rest by the pool or walk on the beach.

Final treatments
Your last day at the resort, with a closing consultation and advice to take home.

To Kandy
A gentle drive to Kandy via a herbal and spice garden.

The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and the peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens.

A relaxed drive to Negombo for a final sunset by the sea.
